Type 5 chassis. This is a Type 3 chassis, but with a revised
rear structure to allow direct mounting of a Mazda MX-5
rear subframe, differential and rear suspension. The front
structure has also been altered to allow fitment of the
standard Mazda MX-5 front suspension units.
